Hej Kriesi-team,
I was wondering how to let the masonry gallery show the complete images (100%) but in a small format. (you can see the link in the private box). Do I have to upload a smaller format?
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Kind regards,
Ronald
Hi Ronaldgoudriaan!
Your image sizes are way too big. It would be best to load a thumbnail instead of the full sizes. You can select a thumbnail to use in the Masonry settings.
Best regards,
Elliott
Thank you Elliot!
May be a dumb question, but how do I ‘load a thumbnail’ in the Masonry settings? Do you mean that I have to upload a smaller size image in media and thereafter load it into Masonry?
Thank you very much in advance.
Kind regards,
Ronald
Hi!
Sorry, I was thinking of the regular Masonry. For the Masonry Gallery I’m not sure what we can do here. You can use the “Flexible Masonry” option and the images will scale so they fit inside the column but their heights will be different sizes so the full image is displayed and not cropped. That is probably what you are wanting.
If you are wanting them to display smaller then consider increasing the columns to 4 or 5.
Regards,
Elliott
Hej Elliot.
Thanks a lot for your reply. I choosed the option Grid row, ad five columns and then an image of every book. I works exactly the way I want it. Thanks to you and the team for making such a flexible theme!! And of course for the very good support!!
Kind regards,
Ronald
