    Hi
    I have added Masonry Gallery in Portfolio items. When I try to reorder gallery images by using drag and drop feature, the gallery gets messed up. This is a random issue and I’m not sure why does it happen.

    I also noticed that if anyhow I am successful to reorder the images and switch to default editor, it does not update the short code with new image ids order. Sometimes it just automatically remove all the gallery images.

    I have created a custom portfolio layout in which I have added the light box functionality on featured image of each portfolio item. So instead of going to single portfolio page, the featured image of that portfolio item displays the gallery in light box when clicked.

    The changed image order reflects on single portfolio item but not on my custom portfolio page.

    You are using an old version of the theme, so please upgrade to Enfold 3.4.7 and let us know if you still need help afterwards.

    Hi!

    try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Hi,
    problem is in default editor.when we change order of gallery it works but in default editor that changes not reflect.
    for example : when we change order of images then it change or reorder according to id of image .but in default edior code id of images not changed.
    [av_masonry_gallery ids='881,375,374,373,372,371,370,369,368,367,366,365' items='24' columns='flexible' paginate='pagination' size='flex' gap='large' overlay_fx='active' caption_elements='none' caption_display='always' container_links='active' id=''].

    So, we want change in default editor data because we get gallery content into other page using inset page plugin.
    Please give solution for this.

    Hi!

    I’m trying to login to the site but its not working so I tested the masonry gallery on my installation and re-ordering the gallery items also affects the “ids” parameter of the shortcode when you switch to the default editor so it’s probably an issue on your end. Please try to deactivate all plugins then test it again or give us the correct login details so that we can check it. You can also reorder the ids manually if you don’t mind typing the image id yourself.

    Hey!

    I didn’t find any masonry gallery element on the page above so I created a test page. Re-ordering the gallery items by drag and drop is working. You can check it here: http://www.malcolmdesigns.com/chipwebster/test-2/

    NOTE: I disabled the sort plugin first before testing the drag and drop option.
