    Hey Sgumina,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Thank you. This happens when I go into my “Gallery” page and try to update it with a Masonry Gallery or any other context now. I saved a template “Final G2-1” and “Masonry Gallery for Competitors Page” because it kept disappearing. I tried this a.m. to apply both templates, but when I go to select “Update” it all disappears and doesn’t update the template. Thank you for your help. I wonder if another plugin might be affecting this? I did install a plug in called “Photo Gallery”, but the features are limited. Feel free to remove it if you think that’s the issue; however, it did state it works with my current version of WP.

    Thank you!

I have not received any update on this problem. Can anyone advise? You requested I create a temporary login, but no response to date. Thank you! It’s been 3 days.

    Hi Sgumina,

We apologize for the late response since there are lots of queries lately and thanks for giving us admin access.
I have tested it and created a test page, the problem seems to show up with the elements in Final G2-1, when I try to use the template and save only the Color Section and Special Heading remains. I tried to remake it by using same elements and I didn’t have any issues even adding Masonry Gallery.
Can you try to disable all plugins and check if the issue still persists? if that fixes it, you can try to enable one by one while checking to know what plugin is causing the issue, if that doesn’t help, please give us ftp access also, so we can enable error logging and try to fix it.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Hi Nikko! Thank you for your response. I followed your instructions and I am still getting the same errors. How do I provide you with ftp access?

    Thank you –
