Is there a plugin that can do the same animation ? changing color when we are over, selected our area…Thank you

You should have main background image – http://www.imerys-perfmins.com/images/defaultworld1.gif
and add hover state background image to links – http://www.imerys-perfmins.com/images/defaulteu.gif
