Hey master-t!
For the google maps? In the avia layout editor click on the “Media Elements” tab to insert a google maps element to your page. Next edit the map and add some addresses. For each address you can setup a custom marker icon and tooltip. This is pretty much the same thing as the image hotspots.

IsmaelGreat feature I discovered here: I used Google Maps often but did not notice the +-sign for multiple custom marker icons and tooltips possibility before :)
