    Hello team,
    I migrated my web site on a new theme because the old one is close now and no upgrade and some error messages.
    I bought Enfold and I think that’s a good choice. But I have some problems:
    I want o to add my API key for google MAP into ENFLOD options. But the case for writing below isn’t this for MAP but for CHIMPS ??
    I checked the version of Enfold and launch research of the new version, nothing … I’m in 4.7.2 ?? when I’m looking it’s seen the last version is 4.7.4 ??
    Could you help me to fix these problems?
    Who sends you screen capture?
    My web site is in maintenance mode during the upgrade.

    I don’t understand your answer.
    1° I’m registered on your support with my personal token, it’s in this place that writes to request you for help.
    2° Before writing to you, I’ve checked you topic for API keys and checked all points, all is in order. But not upgrade and no place to input my Google MAP API.
    3° Where is the Dropbox public folder, I don’t see it on the web site? I would like to show you some pictures for explaining my problems.

    Hi,

    Sorry, I checked your while I was replying pre-sale questions. I see you are registered and logged in :)

    That is a translation error. That field is for Google Maps API key however wrongly translated into “Mailchimp”. We have already fixed the translation error. You can insert your Google Maps API key in that field and validate it.

    Regarding not receiveing the update;
    Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com? They might be blocking it for security reasons.

    Another user who was having the same issue contacted their hosting provider and replied:

    our hoster has updated the Linux distribution of the server.
    The cause of the problem was probably the incompatibilities of the versions of OpenSSL with cURL.

    Now the token API works :-)

    This happens when there is connection issue between your host and Envato API. This is not related to Enfold, it is related to server settings.

    Hi Yigit,

    I’ve tested with the hoster and no problem to communicate since my website and your API Envato. You are not in black list.
    The problem isn’t for them.

    For MAP I recreate a new API keys and paste in the site but always same error message.
    I control restriction (no restriction) and don’t understand.
    Have you check my dropbox link? I added one new screen capture.

    I created Billing Google cloud project and tested it. It’s ok now.
    Just the second point isn’t right: the upgrade version is always oldest 4.7.2.
    If you have any idea, doesn’t hesitate to tell me the solution or fix it.

    It seems like you have not validated your Personal Token. Please go to Enfold theme options > Theme update and validate it and you should receive update notification after that :)

    Hi Yigit,
    When I checking in Enfold theme options, I see mu token and when I revalidated it I have this message:

    Revalidate or remove the token
    We checked the token on 2020/04/15 08:15 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:

    Purchase, username, my email (sent in private)
    I checked manually but no upgrade….
    Could you please explain to me the problem?
