Hi,
I had many problems since I updated WordPress (6.4.1).
Some images and texts disappeared.
The accordion didn’t work anymore.
The menu on mobile didn’t work.I went back to older version of WordPress.
Can you tell me when you’ll fix the problems and release a new version of Enfold ?

Thank you for the inquiry.
What is the current version of the theme? Please make sure to upgrade the theme to version 5.6.8 after upgrading WordPress to the latest version. The issues that you mentioned above probably occurred because the site contains an older version of the theme.

We may need to inspect the site in order to properly understand the issue. Please provide the login details in the private field. Have you tried temporarily disabling the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings? Make sure to purge the cache afterwards.

I cannot see the issue on your website. I attached the screenshots in the private content field.
This looks like a caching issue. Please make sure to clear any server-side, plugin-based, and browser caches.

Thanks for your answer.
As I wrote, I had to install an old WordPress version. So, now, it’s working.
But when I updated WordPress, the pages were like as I sent in private. I cleared the browser cache. I don’t know how to clear “plugin-based”.I think I must update WordPress, so you’ll see exactly the problem.

Thank you for the update.
It turned to be an issue with the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. We temporarily disabled the option to regenerate the head scripts. You can re-enable the file compression settings back to optimize the performance of your website.

But there is still problems when I enable file compression for Javascript.What can I do ?

It’s possible that the default Javascript compression is not compatible with the plugins or custom scripts. You may need to look for a different compression plugin such as Autoptimize or use compression settings included in your cache plugin.

Glad to hear that this is working for you now. Please note that if your caching plugin is also minifying your javascript after the theme minify, then this could lead to errors, it is the nature of minifying which trys to remove spaces and some other characters in the javascript, but if two different plugins both do this too much can be removed.
Anyways as long is it is sorted out now that is what is important, unless there is anything else we can help with on this issue, shall we close this thread then?Best regards,
