    Hello, I used to get great support from this theme, used it on multiple sites over the past few years, now there are errors on sites and no help.

    1. A site with a valid token will not update the theme. Cleared cache. Still no go. Why not?
    2. I site I posted for help with Woo Commerce problems — admitted there was a problem, but pictures still disappearing when click on a product, but no help offered.
    3. Another site where I used a pre-made Enfold theme has missing legal divider icons now. I asked for help weeks ago, still no help.

    I could go on.

    Is support just going away from this theme? If yes, please let us know so we can begin the pain of looking for a new theme. Thanks.

    Hi Elise,

    The code for the reviews was not in the child theme, did you remove it?

    The update request might not get through the Wordfence, did you try it with this plugin disabled?

    I could not reproduce the issue with the images. They seem to be working.

    I did not remove any code. A member or your organization did email about code. I did try to update without Wordfence without luck. Also, other sites I help on use Enfold and Wordfence successfully together. The image problem does still exist. The images show in group page preview, but if you click on an individual product to read more about it, the picture disappears beside the product description. Oddly, if you click on the blank space where the picture should show/used to show, a full-sized version of the product pic opens. Finally, the icons for the spacer element is still missing from the legal template.

    Wow, still no help? No Response? How do I get the screenshots to you? How do I get help now that your person removed code on a theme and it won’t update?
