    Hi melikc,

    The website is working and there are no major issues, right? I checked on ftp, could not see the logs. I suggest you enable debug into log. Here is how to do it:

    Debugging WordPress: How to Use WP_DEBUG

    And send us the error log.

    Hello Victoria,
    Yes site is working smoothly. But Google Search Console constantly reporting “500 Server Error” for those specific pages below. After those error pages appeared site started to loose ranking. I tried to disallow those pages in robot.txt but that action caused google showing site incompatible wiht mobile devices, so I allowed again. Can you help me to get rid off those errors. Thanks.

    Hello Victoria,
    Yes I did the debug part you wrote above. But there is no any log file at /wp-content/ location still… (Can it be anywhere else?)
    Can you also please check the wp-config.php file that I modified and which is in use at the moment.
    So we will be sure that it is ok.
    (You can access from private content part)

    Hi melikc,

    You have to have all this code in your config. You have turned off debug. So even this define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); will not make it write to log.
    Please update your config.

    Can you try to increase your memory limit, you can find an instruction here: https://fancythemes.com/increase-wordpress-php-memory-limit/ or you can ask your webhost to assist you with it. Hope this information helps :)
