    Hello Kriesi team,

    We have encountered with an issue regarding facebook sharing. We created a webpage, and it has everything: featured image, title, description for the social media sharing to work. However, when we share the post, it does not appear anything, just the name of the website and the home url.

    We do not know what is happening. We tried contacting the hosting and they told us the server was not blocking any petitions whatsoever.

    We ask for your help to see if any of you can help us, we are a little desperate because we need the link to be ok this Monday. We will attach the images and url in the private section.

    Hi,

    I ran the URL in question through the Fb debugger and it’s working fine. If you read the error message then you will see that it’s because Fb can’t communicate with your server, that is a server problem, not a theme problem.
