Hello,
got some Problems at an Enfold-Site: the Layout Architekt does not work anymore.
Read already some Posts here.
The Problem was also at WP 5.5.3 – Updated to 5.6 today.
With the jQuery Migrate Plugin it runs now.
But this Workaround can´t be the “Solution”.
So: should i wait for a new Enfold-Version in the next 2 Weeks? Thanks a lot,

Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?

FelixLJanuary 13, 2021 at 1:44 pm #1272155Hi,
Thanks for that. Please try installing this plugin, and clear all WordPress transients using it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. If that doesn’t help then please try disabling all plugins in order to check for any conflicts coming from any of them.

RikardJanuary 14, 2021 at 8:19 pm #1272527hello rikard,
thanks for that.
doesn´t help at all.what we did yesterday / today:
upload transients manger, clear all
disable all plugins, testing after each disabeling
upload a fresh copy of enfold via ftpnothing works cool.
sometimes if i´m in the backend of a site the following helps:
click on the blue button “standard editor” –> then click on “layout architekt” and the layout archtiket appears.
–> feels like an “refresh” (strg and f5)could you do me the favour and check the backend again?
thanks a lot,
felixlJanuary 16, 2021 at 8:16 am #1272886Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked the backend of your front page, but I can’t see any problems there. Is this problem only happening on some pages? If so then please link to them directly in private.
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. I do see errors when editing the page in private, though the error messages do not seem to be theme related, and the same goes for the warnings you posted in your last reply. Are we allowed to disable all plugins for debugging purposes?

Thanks for the update. I’m pretty sure this is a server problem, since I logged in using the page edit link I posted yesterday, and WordPress redirected me to the page in question after logging in. The page and Layout Builder loaded without any problem when doing that. I then clicked the link again and the same error message were present, and the Layout Builder didn’t load. It seems like the request is being blocked or closed by the server, but I can’t tell you why unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can tell you why that is happening please?
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. The theme should be compatible with the PHP versions you listing, so I’m not sure why that would be happening. There might be warnings, but that shouldn’t affect any functionality on the backend, and I don’t think it explains the connection reset problem. I did check your site now though, and everything seems to be working fine. Are you experiencing the same thing on your end?
