    Dear Team,
    Just to tell you that the system doesn’t allow me to update manually Enfold version 3.3 I have now installed in all the 4 websites I have developed to current version 3.3.2.

    Manually means to upload it through ftp, you try through ftp and it is not working?

    No, manually means for me Dashboard/Enfold/Theme Update/Check Manually, like a make updates usually, and it is not working anymore. Many thanks, Adolfo

    Hey!

    Double check your themeforest information to make sure it’s correct. Make sure WordPress is updated and all plugins deactivated while testing. Also try in a different browser.

    Hi Elliot, how are you?
    1 – I don’t understand – Double check your themeforest information to make sure it’s correct. Please explain me this point?
    2 – My WordPress is updated and all plugins deactivated while testing, but the updater is not working anymore.
    3 – I have tried to update in a different browser, but the updater is not working anymore.
    4 – The updater in my 4 WebSites shows I’m using Enfold version 3.3, but you have launched version 3.3.2 on the 2015 August 24th. The point is that the WP Enfold Updater insist that my themes are all up to date, and this is not true.
    So tell me what can I do to maintain all my 4 WebSites updated correctly. Many thanks, Adolfo

    This are the 4 websites all developed with Enfold, WP version 4.3, and hosted in BlueHost which I cannot update to version 3.3.2,

    Hi!

    The themeforest information that you have to fill out in Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Update.

    As you can see the themeforest information is correct, but in this case the Theme Updates shows,…

    “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.2.3) instead version 3.3.2.”

    Hi!

    Hmm, I don’t know. Perhaps it has something to do with the WordPress-es_ES version your using or something wrong with your server.

    Try updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

    Many, many thanks Elliot. This other point is also resolved and OK via FTP.

    I expect that the Check Manually Theme Updates will work with your next Version 3.3.3. Regards
