I am still running Enfold theme version 3.4.6 and it is stated this is the latest version.
When I check manually for updates I do not get the latest update, so I also have problems updating to WordPress 4.5.x, because when I do that, I lose for instance icon lists on my website (as is already mentioned in your post on update WordPress 4.5).I have several plugins:
Google Analytics for WordPress – version 1.1
Google XML Sitemaps – version 4.0.8
IgniteUp – version 3.2
Reveal IDs – version 1.4.6.2
Social Media and Share Icons (Ultimate Social Media) – 1.4.9
W3 Total Cache – 0.9.4.1
Toast SEO – version 3.2.5My question: how can I get the latest update implemented within my wordpress website?
May 26, 2016 at 2:05 pm #638706Hey 4Cmediation,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,
YigitJune 1, 2016 at 2:38 pm #641520Dear Yigit,
It looks my reply is vanished, so another try.
Unfortunately none of the above worked out well. In the end the manual update messed up my website, so reinstalled backup.
However, I still need the update, which somehow is not working automatically anymore.
Could you support? details below
Please let me know in case you need additional information.
Kind regards

June 2, 2016 at 3:10 pm #642110Hi,
I have updated both Enfold and WordPress to the latest versions.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
YigitJune 2, 2016 at 10:21 pm #642252Hi,
As you can see, the website is messed up by the theme update. I deactivated all plugins one by one, but none seems to be causing the problem.
Somehow I do not see the plugin Social Media and Share Icons (Ultimate Social Media) – 1.4.9 anymore, but when I try to install the plugin,In addition, can you check the plugins?
Kind regards

June 4, 2016 at 10:13 am #642890Hi,
Sorry for the delay, your homepage is blank not sure why please select one of the most recent saved versions from the revisions option.
To update the theme please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

VinayJune 4, 2016 at 10:22 am #642892I am sorry, I think you are missing the post-thread here. All manual updating has been done, as you can see in previous post. After that, Yigit updated the subdomain environment (see previous posts and credentials), but now the subdomain website environment is all messed up. I deactivated all plugins, one by one, but this is not solving anything. I asked for support again on the plugin check, to see what is causing the problem with the theme update.
In the process, my home page on the main domain is blanc now. Going back to previous versions is not helping either, because when I restore a previous saved page, it ends up empty as well.My support question still is: please support a theme update within the subdomain environment, in a way the website keeps working as it is supposed to work.
Thanks
June 6, 2016 at 6:24 pm #643530Hi,
we do not support 3rd party plugins as written in our support policy.
However, I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Please ask your host if the are using any kind of caching on your server.
Best regards,
Andy -
