I have already post this issue

Filters from portfolio items not showing. Of Course I have checked the filter option and also selected the item from the top bar
Still having same problem

Hi!

you are still using an old version of the theme. Please update to Enfold v3.2.3. Try to delete your masonry element, safe (update) you page in backend and then try to rebuild masonry element and check if things are changing. Please deactivate all plugins while testing. Are we allowed to deactivate your plugins temporarily for testing purposes?

Sorry men, in the udpate option iut says

“Theme Updates”

“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.2)”

I hace already desactive the pluing anf make test. No lucky

Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

what Rikard meant was not to simply update theme, instead please delete all themes files via FTP and afterwards get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

No, I have already done that, but the issue is that the Filter in the masonry I still missing (not showing) in the live page !

please don’t just replace or overwrite theme files and instead delete them all at first completely. Afterwards get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

I tried to login, but access from here does not work anymore.

Hey!

A css class attribute called “hidden” is being added on the container. It’s probably from a third party plugin so try to deactivate all plugins then hard refresh the page. If it doesn’t work, try to add this in the Quick CSS field:
```
.sort_by_cat.hidden {
    position: relative !important;
    opacity: 1 !important;
    visibility: visible !important;
}
```
