manage white space below hidden main menu

Hello

This is the url http://newyorkdui.com/neW_siTe_hERe/ I am trying to use the Full Width Sub Menu as the main menu. I am causing normal main menus to disappear with this css .main_menu {display:none !important;}. and #advanced_menu_toggle {display:none !important;}

On wider screen there is too much white space at the top of the page above the text Attorneys Available 24×7 and on a phone there is not enough white space. How can I adjust these?
