Making the Portfolio Grid Images the Same Size

I am having a problem getting the first image in my portfolio to be the same size as the other images on my homepage in the portfolio grid. Is there a particular line of code where I can alter this? Alternatively, is there an easier way to do it? see http://www.thwilbert.com for the example. Thanks!
