Hi,
I have had success with enfold template until today. I have made simple word changes on site, appears in the code but
doesn’t update. I have done over and over. I have cleared cache(s), gone icognito, switched browsers, disabled plug-ins….
Some said I need to deactivate the theme…now the code is appearing on my page:
example:
<p><br /> Our Approach in Carpet WasteCircular Polymers is the catalyst for the transformation of carpet waste back into a raw material. Our disruptive technology transforms post consumer discarded carpet into new polymer raw materials for many industries: Beverage & Packaging via chemical recycling, Housing, Cold Chain Management. We believe our most important assets are our people.
I know enough to get my site up to this point, but now getting into areas that I am not knowledgeable.
Help? I can pay someone to help me.Jeanne

I have made simple changes over and over on my pages and the changes show when I update and preview and then my client’s say they haven’t. I go back in and
the change is in the code but not on the website. So like a paragraph, a title change on the about page, I have a chart on the products page (need to come up with a better chart, though as the mobile view headings get separated from photos)
but I changed some type from 18% to 15% and it isn’t taking, I can’t get the headers above the photos added…I put a new page in RELEASE LINER and it works fine, not pretty but is up.
We host with godaddy and the person said I had to deactivate all the plug-ins and the theme plug-in.
I did the regular plug-ins but wasn’t sure how to do the theme plug-in.
Instead I ended up reverting back to an older saved version that worked and started making changes again.
Can you point me in the right direction?March 6, 2019 at 6:58 am #1075315Hi,
Thanks for the update. What happens if you disable file compression and select to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
