Make header use the scrolled style everywhere

My site is at wwwtest.securit360.com. I’d like to make the fixed header use the same style it uses when you scroll at all times. In other words I don’t want the taller header.

I’ve tried a number of different CSS changes, but when I changed the height of the menu, when it scrolled it cut off hte logo and messed up the styling on the mega menu.

Is there a simple way to just tell it to only use the scrolled style?
