I see that this topic was closed last week, but I don’t understand the solution. Where do I find this:

    enfold\includes\class-avia-custom-pages.php

in order to make the change in line 271, as per

    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problem-maintenance-mode-with-enfold-4-5-4/#post-1071215?

    Thank you.

    Hey lostinblogland,

You would have to navigate to that file on the server: root/wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/class-avia-custom-pages.php

    Best regards,

Can I do that through cPanel? Thanks!

Yes if you have a cPanel, then look for the File Manager and then you generally select the public_html folder then ( if you have multiple websites, click the one you are working on ) then work your way thru the folders til you get to the one with your file in it

    wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/class-avia-custom-pages.php

I suggest you copy and paste that coding into a txt file editor ( like notepad) first in case you delete or over write some code and then your site may not work.
Then all you have to do it paste a copy back to get it working again

    Hi lostinblogland,

Yes you can do that in cpanel, just make sure to have a backup of the file you’re trying to modify just in case.
