Main Product Images Are All Really Low Resolution Until You Click On Them - Support

Any reason why our product images are displaying as low resolution on the product page but if you click on it they are the proper, higher resolution?

Ok for some reason after I posted that link above now it loads the product image properly.

Store images seem to have the same issue.

Ok it appears that it loads the lower resolution image until you click on the product page gallery image. After that it loads the larger one. Any way to make sure it’s loading the higher resolution image on first load?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.7) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

@pcmichiana make sure you have Enfold 4.0.7 running AND alle your caches (plugins), minifications and CDN files are cleared/reset/updated. And you need to examine your browsers error console urgently as you have some jquery errors that need to be fixed.

This worked for the product pages but the store pages are still loading low resolution images. Any thoughts?

Hi,
It looks like your images are 176×176 and are bing scaled up to 270×270 causing the low resolution, can you try uploading larger images?
