    Hello,
    I need to change the Background Color for the main menu when you hold down the mouse / finger on the menu item
    it is turning red right now if you Hold the mouse button on a menu item or tap & hold with your finger
    and im not sure if thats part of the advanced style selection or if I need to add CSS
    if it is css, what is the name?

    Hey OhYa1337,

    You can set that under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Look for Main Menu Links, then you can select to only apply it to hover and active state in the checkboxes below.
