Main Menu not scrolling to anchors

Hi,

I can see a few topics on this subject, but it seems to happen when there is some custom code involved.

My main menu items are links to anchors on my front page, but the page now reloads on click at the anchor point

Steps taken:
Disabled all plugins – no change
Manually re-uploaded theme – no change

I have another Enfold website on the same hosting account which doesn’t have this problem.
