I’m at a loss. My main menu is working fine on desktop, and I’m not doing anything fancy. But on mobile, the hamburger menu opens up fine, but the links just reload the page (at best.)
http://growthspurtconsulting.com
I am using a single-page layout with anchor links in the main menu, but I tried using the menu links to link to external sites and the same thing happens, so I don’t think it has anything to do with the anchors. Again, everything works perfectly on desktop.
I looked through the forums for answers and tried a few things, but I’m coming up short. Any ideas?
Thank you!

On your menu links, can you try for example instead of using:
https://growthspurtconsulting.com/#philosophy
try using only:
#philosophy
Hope this helps

Thanks so much for your response. I had tried that before I posted, but it was unsuccessful.
July 2, 2018 at 5:59 pm #980178Hi,
Have you made sure to clear your cache a few times over?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonJuly 2, 2018 at 6:21 pm #980199I did, yeah, and tried from multiple different devices that had not accessed the page before. If you go to the site and click around on the menu you’ll see what I mean. Thanks for the suggestions!

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks!
July 9, 2018 at 3:36 pm #983140Hi,
They relooad the page, because you are using a full URL for the menu items and not just /#anchor
If you change the links like that, everything should be working properly.Best regards,
