Have you moved to https recently? Looks like some css is blocked as it is loaded over http.
Here are some articles for you:

VictoriaNovember 28, 2017 at 3:30 pm #882718Hi victoria, I moved to https almost 1 month ago with success. I followed all your link and I think I set up all, but with no success. Menu is still broken. Do you still find some css called via http ?
November 28, 2017 at 3:40 pm #882722Hi!
It seems like you have made changes on header.php file on your child theme. header.php and includes/helper-main-menu.php files were updated since we have recreated new mobile menu from scratch.
Please copy a fresh copy Header.php file from parent theme and apply the changes you have previously applied and issue should be fixed.

YigitNovember 28, 2017 at 3:52 pm #882732Hi Yigit, I only set the logo menu and the preloaded image to https path! I did not edit in other way any php files. I don’t have custom header.php & includes/helper-main-menu.php in my chid theme folder.
I Followed this tutorial trying to solve with no success.
This is probably why you see these 2 files modified (but in the parent theme).
November 28, 2017 at 4:10 pm #882735Hey!
Issue is not related to that. It looks like you have copied all files from parent theme to child theme. You should only copy the files you have modified.
If you are sure that you have not made any changes on theme files, the easiest way to solve the issue would be deleting all files and folders from your child theme via FTP except for style.css, functions.php and screenshot.png files.
Cheers!

November 28, 2017 at 5:18 pm #882765Hi,
Avia.js file in /js/ folder in your child theme was causing the issue. I renamed it to “old-avia.js” and that fixed it.
Please copy avia.js file from parent theme to your child theme again and apply the changes once again :)Best regards,
YigitNovember 28, 2017 at 5:40 pm #882772thanks Yigit. I’ve simply copie the parent js, I will later check what modifications I did time ago. Now the problem is with the Language switcher (WPML), but I opened a ticket support into the WPML support forum. Thanks again.
