    Hi guys,

    I just updated Enfold, now I face problems with the main child menu. We use WPML for 3 different languages. Only one language is shown now. Can you please login to our WP and fix it or tell me what’s wrong? It looks like it doesn’t save the settings well.

    Another issue because of this: Dutch people visiting redlinegolf.nl see the English menu now, but will visit the English pages because of this. Same for the redlinegolf.de visitors. Hope you can fix this asap. Thanks.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for that. It looks like you haven’t selected to show different menus for the different languages on the page in private. Please make sure that you check the box at the bottom which indicates the Enfold main menu, for each of the language menus.

    I tried to do that. But it says Child Theme Main Menu ‘Now set to: Menu English’). The problem lays there: if I select that box in the Dutch language, save the settings, go to English language. Do the same there, it says: ‘Child Theme Main Menu ‘Now set to: Menu Dutch.’ Hence, it only shows one language for all languages.

    Hi David,

    I tried selecting the location for each language menu for you, and that worked out. The correct menu is now showing for each language on your site, please review it.

    I don’t think you understand the problem or you haven’t checked after saving the settings as the problem is the same: the language of the menu is the same for all languages. Just refresh the page and you will see what happens:

    You can click the location button for each language and save it. The last language you saved will be the default for the other two. So now, English is in Dutch+English and German is in Dutch menu. Any ideas how to fix it? I will set it to English now as our German customers cannot read Dutch.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for the clarification, I see the same thing on my end unfortunately. It did seem to work yesterday though. I’ll ask the rest of the team for help, as I can’t see what is going wrong, and WPML isn’t really my area of expertise either.
