Hi all,
I’m really not a programmer! So bare with me. I’m using the mailster plugin (formerly “MyMail”) from codecanyon, it has a drag and drop editor for the emails and it’s not playing ball with Enfold. I can’t edit any of the elements when enfold’s active, if I switch to twenty twelve it’s all fine.. I’ve emailed their support but I was wondering if anyone could shed some light please?
This is the error I’m getting in the console:
jquery.min.js:2 Uncaught TypeError: t.getAttribute is not a function

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Unfortunately, i have no experience with the mentioned plugin. It would be better to wait to hear from plugin authors as they should have better insight what could be causing the issue :)
Best regards,

Sorry, I hate to agree but it does seem strange that doing back to one of the default themes fixes the problem. Could it be a jquery clash perhaps? It DOES use drag and drop features
June 3, 2017 at 6:48 am #803273Hi,
It’s most likely a conflict between the theme and the plugin unfortunately, who should be responsible for a fix could be discussed in infinity, but our standpoint is that the theme can’t be compatible with all plugins out there. It would just not be feasible. Would you be able to use an alternative plugin which offers roughly the same features maybe?

I’ll look around for other plugins, but it’s a shame because it really does work well… in a perfect world, there would be a solution which uses Enfold’s page builder to create emails :) That would be awesome!

Thanks for the feedback, I agree with your feature proposal, that would be great. If you want to submit a feature request for it then please do so here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/.
I’ll close the thread. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
