    I have just realised that the Mailchimp widget on WP / Enfold is not working.
    How can I get this to work again on tapintoit.org.uk

    The Newsletter sign up widget is in the footer of the home page.

    I have checked the API – it hasn’t changed, I am using the enfold widget for Mailchimp but if you add an email address via the newsletter sign up on the home page it doesn’t work and says – We are very sorry but something has gone wrong.

    Not sure how long this has been out of action….but accounts for no new sign ups recently….!

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Could you upgrade the account to have administrator rights as well please? Otherwise we can’t see anything on the backend of your site.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Does it make any difference if you clear the cache from your optimisation plugin, or disable them?

    Sorry been on holiday and just back.
    Switched off Autoptimize and SiteGround Optimizer….
    Refreshed the cache but still not working….

    Actually, I tried a different email address and it is working now….
    I’ll switch the two plugins back on and see if it still works…
