Mailchimp Subscriber Issue

I’ve added a Mailchimp sign up to my client’s Enfold home page. Their API Key has been entered, and it shows as being connected. I used the form to sign myself up as a subscriber, and it gives me the “Thank you for Subscribing” message, and an email telling me to confirm that I wish to subscribe. I do the confirmation, but when I go to my MailChimp account it hasn’t added me to the list of subscribers.
