    Hi Support Team,
    The Mailchimp form at the footer of our site stopped working. When you click submit it just gets stuck at SENDING.
    I recreated the widget and created a new API key. Still stuck on SENDING.
    Can you please have a look at it.

    Hey Maarten,

    I’m very sorry for the late reply. It seems stuck on my end as well unfortunately, I’m not sure if this is the problem, but I’m seeing error messages coming from the file/plugin in private. Could you try deactivating that to see if it makes any difference please?

    I noticed that I published my support request twice.

    Mike responded also about the same issue.

    Mailchimp stuck at sending

    I would not be surprised if the plugin you refer to is causing the issue. The developer isn’t updating this plugin anymore. i am searching for a good alternative.
    I suggest that you close this support request and I follow this up via my other support request.
