mailchimp signup not working

HI
I am trying to add a simple mailchimp signup to my site.
What I need is a form that signs up to my client’s newsletter, then redirects to another page as well as sending an email to the subscriber.
What is the best way to do this? I thought your mailchimp element would work, but I am getting an error.

I have tried a couple ways –
1- with the mailchimp for wordpress plugin –
2- through the enfold mailchimp element,
3 – with contact form 7, but it’s not able to redirect to a different page.

I get this error now on the enfold form:

We are very sorry but something went wrong. Please try again later.

but when I used the same email in the contact form 7 it was accepted.
Can you see what the error is? All the API is working fine.
