Hi there,

I’m using Mailchimp signup form on this site: http://nettocash.no/nyhetsbrev/ – and it’s not showing the fields correctly.

The “Org. nr” is set as a Number field in Mailchimp – it shows a dropdown on the site.
The Address” is set as an Address field in Mailchimp (with fields for; Street Address, Address Line 2, City, State, Postal/zip and Country Dropdown Selector) – it only shows one field on the site.

In the Editor window the Mailchimp Signup says:
“Please note: This element currently only supports basic list subscription with basic form fields (text and dropdowns). Please let us know if you would like to see more advanced features.”

So yes, I would like to see more advance features – but most of all – help to fix this issue.
Login credentials to WP-backend in the Private Content.

Thank you for using Enfold.

I’m sorry but as of now, the mailchimp element can only support basic fields as stated in the description which includes date, text, number, radio and dropdown fields. Please request the feature in the following link if you want to see more features in the future.

In order to fix the “number” field issue, please add this css code.
```

input[type=number]::-webkit-outer-spin-button {
  -webkit-appearance: none;

}

Hi again,

Just tried – it removed the “Dropdown” in the number field so that’s working, but when entering af number it says: “Please make sure that your fields are filled in correctly.” So it seems, that you can’t register a plain number in the number field…

Got any solution for that?

Hi,

you need to build your fields inside your mailchimp account. So simply build the same field, as you have done for “Mobile nr.”.

Unfortunately, it’s not working with a Phone field for a Number field. Anyway, I need to find another solution, so you can close the case.
