I am using the theme’s Mailchimp Signup item and if I try to change the button label to anything the has a space such as “CLICK HERE” the button label defaults to “Submit”. It only will use a custom label if it is one unbroken word. I need to know how to get around this issue.
Thank you.
June 12, 2020 at 1:23 pm #1222036Hey D5WDesignGroup!
Sorry for the delay. We can’t seem to reproduce the issue on our end — adjusting the text of a button works fine. Please check the screenshot below displaying a button with the text “Click Here”.

Is there a test page where we can see the issue?
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 12, 2020 at 5:11 pm #1222127Ismael please check the link below. I have the button set to display “Keep Me Posted!” and as you can see it is defaulting to “Submit”. The second form on the page happens to be working correctly but not the first and they are duplicates. The only difference is the order in which the element styling width was changed. The screenshot you shared appears to be fullwidth elements. I am getting this issue when setting all the elements to 1/2. If I redo them several times sometimes I can get my custom button label to appear but there is definitely some sort of an issue. I am experiencing this using the most current version of safari in the current version of Mac OS.
Thanks
June 15, 2020 at 1:52 pm #1222646Hi,
Thank you for the update.
Can we have access to the site? We would like to check the subscription form in the builder. Please post the login details in the private field.
Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
Looks like it only happens when the button is not located at the very bottom of the Contact Form Elements list. To fix the issue temporarily, we manually adjusted the position of the button in the list and place it at the very bottom.
We’ll forward the issue to our channel.
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 21, 2020 at 9:50 pm #1232096This issue is still continuing on this and other sites I’m working on. It makes the Mailchimp signup feature almost unusable. Upon saving the submit button position changes in the order on the form. Please advise with a fix as moving Submit to the bottom of the list does not work upon saving changes.
