HI
I can not seem to get the sign up widget working. it has email address but does not have the boxes for first name and surname even though they are showing up in with the api key. also it does not show up on both sides of the website. we are using wmpl – is it not compatible?
if so is there a way around it?

I checked link you’ve provided, but I can’t find the elements you were talking about. Can you provide us a precise link please? or show us on screenshots where to click at (imgur.com, drobpbox)?

it is on the footer of the home page. see attached screen shot oh can not see where to attache the jpeg
there is also a problem with the english side of the side where it is not showing up at all (same place on the footer)sx

as already mentioned, please use imgur.com or dropbox to attach screenshots. If it is about your mailchimp widget inside your footer, then you need to login into your mailchimp account and make sure that you’ve provided a name field as well (beside email adress field).

Could you please try to upload the images to a service like dropbox, google drive, imgur.com or similar and then link to them here please? That way the screenshots are available to all moderators to see and we will be able to help you out more efficiently.

attached is a shareable link to google drive with screen shots.
the first screen shot is of the spanish side of the site – you can see that there is only a box to add your email address and is missing names boxes.the second screen shot is of the english side of the site where it is not appearing at all.
the third screen shot is of the enfold backend and you can see that on the mailchimp list there is name and email address

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

i deactivated all plugins and had the same issue. refreshed the page still the same
IMPORTANT: you can deactivate plugins but please put maintenance mode page up as homepageas we have online bookings in woocommerce that could potentially cause problems if people are using it during the time you are turning off the plugins

when I use a your Mailchimp API Key on my own installation, then it’s working fine:
So something must cause the issue especially ony our end.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHI there is definitely something wrong – it is now urgent
i am now unable to save page changes and i have checked in the cpanel if we have run out of space and we have not.
I have tried for weeks to try and repace the theme folder via filezilla and also corefp but have had no luck entering.i have made the updates to see if that has helped and now the homepage is broken. the wordpress dashboard black header does not appear above the page to edit it. when i go in through pages everything is there but there are big sections missing, plus the menu has gone strange.

WP login does not work for me, please check! Have you got the same issue when using a default WP theme instead? please let us know about your results. Make sure you’re testing with a clean installation, without any plugins, customizations, etc.

or do i have to activate a default wp theme – and if i do, do i loose the site ?the home page and menu on the spanish side are looking good but still unable to save changes

Finally i was able to enter via ftp and i have removed the old theme folder and replaced with new but still having the same issues that page changes are not being saved.please can you have a look
