    Hallo Support,

    wir verwenden das Element Mailchimp-Registrierung vom Avia Layout Architekt.
    Eine Registrierung einer neuen Emailadresse ist nicht möglich, es erscheint immer der Fehler:
    Es tut uns sehr leid, aber etwas ist schief gelaufen Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.
    Wenn wenn eine bestehende Emailadresse eingibt erhält man den Hinweis das diese schon existert.

    Enfold Version: 4.7.5
    PHP: 7.3.19

    I just tried subscribing and it worked fine. Attached a screenshot in private content field.

    Could you please elaborate on the issue you are having and maybe write down the steps we should take to reproduce the issue? :)

    thx for your reply.
    I filled out the fields, with my german letter in my name an I got an error.
    See the attached screeshot in private content field.

    Hi,

    I filled the fields just as in your screenshot and tried switching German letters to English letters but it only worked after changing your email. Are you only having the issue with this email? Is this the same email address you used on Mailchimp? If both answer are yes, that could be the reason :)
