    Hi there.

    I have a problem with the mailchimp integration. i’ve added the API and everything works fine, the content element shows and i can add it to the site.

    The problem is this:

    I have 16 mailing lists in my mailchimp account and in the mailchimp content element setting (in the enfold avia theme builder) i can only select the first 10 lists. (ordered by date created on mailchimp.com)

    Is this a bug?

    Hi Floris!

    Could be a MC limitation, try installing and configuring this plugin and check if the 16 lists appear.

    Hi Joshue

    I installed the plugin and configured it with the API key. I can still only choose 10 mailing lists in the Avia content element. In the ‘Mailchimp for wordpress’ plugin i do see all the mailing lists.

    Hope it can be fixed, what do you think?

    Hi!

    please contact mailchimp support about it. Does it work (with the plugin Josue mentioned) when you try it with a default WordPress theme?

    Hi Andy

    In the plugin Josue mentioned it works (this plugin sees all the mailchimp mailing-listst). If i activate the default wordpress theme there is ofcourse no ‘content element settings’ etc so i can’t test it. The problem is within the Enfold theme, and not with mailchimp.

    Please let me know how to solve this.

    Hi!

    Could you please upload a screenshot of the issue so we can further troubleshoot it. May be we can add custom css and check if the listings are hidden.

    Ok, check the ‘private’ area under this post for the link to a screenshot. It only shows the first 10 Mailing lists that are added in mailchimp.

    Hi!

    I was able to reproduce the same issue. I created 12 list and added my mailchimp api to check but only 10 were imported. This issue is reported to our developer team and will probably release a fix in one of the future updates. Mean while please continue using the mailchimp plugin.

    It could also be the php memory issue so please ask your hosting provider to increase your php memory and try again.

    We tried to increase the PHP memory but it had no results. What’s the status on this issue now?

    Hey!

    At the moment a new theme update is scheduled for a release very soon. I hope this issue will be fixed in the update but i cannot say for sure yet as everything is almost ready for a release now. I will anyways go ahead and report this to our developer team if they find enough time before the release it might be fixed or else it will be fixed in one of the future updates.

    Until then please use a 3rd part plugin which supports more than 10 mailing list .

    @Kriesi, I’m so glad that you found the issue. I purchased and downloaded this theme on March 18th and I am having the same issue. It only loads the first 10 lists created. My version is 3.4.7.
