Hi everyone,
another issue. Mailchimp popup newsletter doesn’t work in any way. I tried all the solutions I found in the forum with no results.
I tried to put the code inside the functions.php and also added the code on Google analytics section of the theme. Nothing to do. It worked on my previous theme with no problem (I only put the code inside the footer).
I don’t want to add other plugins.
Can you help me please?
Bed regards,
Maria
Hey Maria!
Have you referred to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/mailchimp-integration/?

I don’t understand Yigit. Maybe should I use a do_shortcode??
I created a customized Mailchimp popup (when people entered my site it appeared after 5 seconds). It worked when I have another template.
This is the code:
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”//s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/embed.js” data-dojo-config=”usePlainJson: true, isDebug: false”></script><script type=”text/javascript”>require([“mojo/signup-forms/Loader”], function(L) { L.start({“baseUrl”:”mc.us3.list-manage.com”,”uuid”:”d5b3425b350d1ef6fe0f642d1″,”lid”:”9285fb910b”}) })</script>
what can I do?
thanks
Hey Maria!
Can you please try using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/m-wp-popup/?
Best regards,
Yigit
Ok Yigit, I will try a plugin :-)
Thank you always!
Hi!
It is most probably a conflict, so the plugin might do solve the issue as it will load different JS.
Let us know if it works if not, then most probably there needs to be an alternative way on MailChimp loading of the popup.

Basilis
Hi Basilis!
I solved with a plugin, it’s the only thing which works now. Hope you can find a solution without plugins in the future!

Maria
