I have been trying to connect this site http://www.ethoswell.com/ to my MailChimp account but I keep on getting an error… http://bit.ly/1Iiu8jP
The strange thing is that if I try the same API key on another site installation works fine!
I have NO plugins installed that could interfere and I have the latest theme update, can you help?Hey Gigi!
there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves for testing purposes?
