Hi,
I searched for an answer regarding this but saw confirmation that basic features work – text fields and drop downs.
However, my dropdown is not showing in my form. on this page: (see private notes)
I’m trying to setup an opt-in form which requires the name, email and country. I have created my form in mailchimp: and it works fine.
All 3 fields are required.
Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?
Thanks

I’ve attached details to the private content – thanks.
Note I have tried deactivating all the plugins and testing but the issue still remains.

August 8, 2016 at 2:39 am #669556Hey!
Your site is not loading on my end, did you update to the most recent version of Enfold (3.7.1)?
Best regards,
JosueAugust 8, 2016 at 2:52 am #669558Hi Josue,
The site should be working – I’m on it now, I’m not using any security plugins to block users from visiting.
What error are you seeing?I was running Enfold 3.6.1 because when I posted this support ticket version 3.7 had not been released.
I’ve just updated to version 3.7 but the MailChimp drop down still does not show.

August 8, 2016 at 5:43 am #669608Hm, could you try adding a simpler shorter select element before/after the Contries one? just to see if it’s the number of options.
Best regards,
JosueAugust 8, 2016 at 6:09 am #669617Hi Josue,
I have added a drop down with 3 options – if you look at the page this seems to work.
The drop down option I have chosen is a standard option in MailChimp, not a custom one and is simply a list of countries as I want the user to choose their country.
Any idea why the number of options would prevent this from showing up?
August 8, 2016 at 4:39 pm #669910Hi,
It’s a quote issue, i’ve reported it to Kriesi but to fix it momentarily remove these from your Countries dropdown:
- Cote D’Ivoire
- People’s Democratic Republic

JosueAugust 9, 2016 at 12:24 am #670101Thanks, Josue.
This has worked.
I also had to delete the existing newsletter form and re-add it for it to appear.
August 9, 2016 at 6:15 pm #670463Cool, glad it worked, let us know if you need help with anything else.
Best regards,
