    Hi Guys. My result message from my Mailchimp form is missing. Use to work perfect but stopped working today. I cant see the result message when the form submission is made. Please help!

    Hi!

    I’m not sure why the message is not displaying. It is actually empty. Did you modify any templates in the child theme? Please post the login details here so that we can debug the issue further.

    Hi!

    login details are not working for me, please check.
    Try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.
    What happens if you create a new page with a mailchimp form? do you get the same result?

    Hey!

    We are working on your ticket please wait while we update the results here soon.

    Are any of the theme files modified? Because when we disable the custom css the default theme don’t work. It is due to custom css or some files are corrupt.

    To find out what exactly is causing this issue please remove all custom css and check if you can get the newsletter confirmation message to work when users subscribe.

    If not activate the main theme and check for the same.

    If it don’t work for you after removing custom styles and activating main theme you might have to replace the theme files via FTP following the steps provided here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/

    Hi Vinnie.

    Thank you guys for the response! I will check my custom CSS. Only the footer file was modified (I added the newsletter code on top of the php code and then added a div for the SM buttons) . The original code inside the footer wasn’t touched. Will let you know.

    Hi!

    How did you add the newsletter section? I can’t see it in the page’s advance layout builder.

    UPDATE: It’s not working because you added the html code of the whole section in the footer.php file. Please use the do_shortcode function instead. https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/

    Thanks! Its working now! I removed the code from the footer.php file and I updated the theme to 3.5.3 as well. You guys can close this thread.
