    Hi,
    For the mailchimp form,
    if I choose the double opt-in, it works fine and I receive the opt-in confirmation email and the final welcome email.
    But if I don’t choose the double opt-in, the subscription is OK but I never receive the final welcome email (which content the link to download a PDF…)

    I don’t understand why ?

    Have you made sure to enter the correct MailChimp API key?

    Hi Jordan,
    The Mailchimp API key is good because the subscription is realised (the email is added to the contact list), but the final welcome email is not send, when I don’t check the double opt-in in Enfold admin mailchimp form.

    Please disable all plugins – reset the newsletter API and try again.

    Is this a third-party plugin you are using?

    Hi Jordan,
    Before Mailchimp, I used AWEBER.
    Now the acount is closed.
    I delete the aweber form code (in footer widget).
    But the problem is always the same.

    I had a mailchimp subscription widget in the footer, without double opt-in.
    The subscription is OK but no final welcome email.

    Hi,

    That issue would need someone to help you debug it.
    it is not related to Enfold at all.

    Please consider to hire someone who would be able to help you solve your problems.

    Hi Basilis,
    You are probably right.
    If I am the one one to have the problem, it comes certainly from Mailchimp and not ENFOLD.
