Mailchimp form horizontal fields orientation rather than vertical

hi – great theme! Is there a way to make the Mailchimp form fields layout horizontal instead of vertical?

Like this:
Name | Email | Submit

Where each of these 3 elements are the same width?
We have the form in the footer, and it would look much better horizontal. We have a lot of other stuff to put beneath it, and it takes up too much space as a vertical form layout.
The form fields would need to stack on mobile though.
We have the footer set up as one column, and will use Enfold’s column shortcodes to stack other elements beneath the form.
The Maximum Container width is set at 1000px. so the form should fit within this dimension.
