    HI
    Like some other users I am suddenly getting a “We are very sorry but something went wrong. Please try again later.” error message when submitting my pop-up mailchimp form. It was working fine. I tried creating a new API but that did not fix the problem. Now I am trying to fix the mailing on my site, but I”m not sure that was the issue (setting up smtp but it’s not working properly yet.)
    Can you see what the issue is?
    The form has this shortcode, but I forgot where that came from:

    Hey Munford,
    Thank you for your patience, I couldn’t find a link to the site to login, please include.
    Please note that after you create the new API and the mailchimp form is showing correctly at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Newsletter ▸ Mailchimp ▸ Available Lists you will still need to open each mailchimp form on your site and resave for them to work correctly.

    sorry the site is below with a popup that has the form in it. I made a new mailchimp form but am still getting an error message.
    I’m still having issues with the stmp setup which is asking for a new dmard record, etc.
    I haven’t set that up yet but did get a test email through wp

    The enfold mailchimp shortcode is still throwing a general error even after I make a new form and reset mailchimp list.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login, I tried your popup form on the page that you linked to and didn’t see any visible errors, but I couldn’t get it to show twice using incognito, I guess the popup plugin tracked my IP. I found that you had a test page with the same mail chimp form so I tested it and it worked correctly and I was redirected to the success page.
    So it looks like the mail chimp for is working correctly, so perhaps if you are not getting signups from the popup form it is related to the popup.
    I don’t think the popup should close until the validion occurs like on the test page, I have not used your popup plugin so check if there is a setting so it won’t close with the form submit button is clicked.
    If I am misunderstanding please explain how we can see the error on the test page with the mail chimp form with out the possible conflict of the popup plugin.

    could you test the pop up again?
    it’s now made with the html directly from mailchimp from the sign up form there.
    The enfold mailchimp element did not work for me.
