    Hello,

    I´m experiencing a problem which I can not solve.

    Since october 2018 I´m using the build-in Mailchimp sign-up registration module (Enfold 4.5.1) on my website.
    The Enfold-Mailchimp module is connected to my Mailchimp account via API-Key. It worked well from the start.

    But: Since last friday (August 9, 2019) Enfold->Newsletter issues the following error message:
    “Couldn´t establish a connection to this API-Key at Mailchimp. Please try to use a different key”
    – Please check your internet connection, make sure, Mailchimp.com is available.

    I haven´t make any changes, no new plugin installations, etc. inside WP-Admin area since August 05, 2019.

    I´ve already contacted Mailchimp. My account there is in good standing – everything works perfect. The Mailchimp assistant made a live test, he came to a conclusion that my website doesn´t send any requests to Mailchimp through the API-Key. So the issue seems to be on the side of my wordpress installation (engine), Enfold (theme) or GoDaddy (webhosting).

    Is there something I can do to solve this problem?

    I will appreciate your help with this situation.

    Hi Rikard,

    thanks for offering support.

    Today I checked the settings, and – everything works fine again!
    I don´t know what happened. It took me three days for troubleshooting!

    I thought, the server IP at may GoDaddy´s shared hosting was blacklisted at Akamai.
    This is why I wanted to buy a dadicated IP yesterday. Glad, I didn´t! :)
