    Hello support,

    I have a problem with the mail chimp pop up only showing a little bit of the pop up when it pops up on an android mobile (all ok on Iphone). Its only showing the lower part of the pop up and you cant see the letters…

    I cant take a screenshot of it unfortunately…

    I’ve used this script (generated in Mailchimp) and put it into footer.php.

    Strong Testimonials
    Tidio Chat
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    Yoast SEO

    For the facebook video on mindventure.dk Im using a enfold widget.

    Can you explain the error to me and is it still there?

    Any idea about the mailchimp?

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Hi Basils,

    Victoria is saying ” there are errors in some video code. Are you using some plugin for that?”. I’ve answered that I haven’t used a plugin for that. Therefore I conclude that there is a error in the videocode due to some error unrelated to a third party plugin.

    Im trying to find out what the error is, so the error can be dealt with.

    Can you and Victoria help me out with that?
