Mail and newsletters

Hi
the mail has stopped working for a few weeks, I tried myself to send me emails and the only ones that come to me are those with accounts with extension of my site.
The newsletter never worked, no one is registered, I tried with the emails with extension of my site but nothing appears on the mailchimp. Mailchimp is connected because I tried to remove and add fields and in the enfold panel are updated.
I’m really frustrated, there is always something that does not work with this theme, I just entered contact form 7 and emails arrive that is a pleasure.
If you still want to try to see what does not work you would do me a pleasure because less plugins I have better is and then also because if this theme has this works it must be able to go.
Create a hidden page if you want and put us in the contact form and do the tests
I replicated the site in a subfolder
