    Hey guys,

    i want to integrate an enfold form in a magnific popup window.
    I was able to integrate it in the popup window but can’t find a solution how to send the form itself.
    It looks like the JS behind doesn’t get triggered.

    The way i did it was the following:
    I created a form in the avia layout builder, after that i copied it into the footer section – because it should be a generic form for all kind of product requests.
    Is there a solution for this, or even a better workaround as i did ? ;)

    Hey opalion,
    Do you have a facebook plugin or script active?
    I’m seeing

    document.domain = 'facebook.com';__transform_includes = {};self.__DEV__=self.__DEV__||0;

    and wonder if this is a conflict.
    Please try disabling your plugins and custom scripts to see if that resolves the issue.

    i don’t even see this code
    besides the fact that the contact form on a normal page is working perfectly – so i don’t think this is the problem – i don’t even have a js error or something like that.

    Hi,
    Ok, thanks for that feedback, but have you tried disabling your plugins and custom scripts to see if that resolves the issue?
    Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look and allow us to try disabling your plugins and custom scripts and then try to debug?

    I have tried to look at the page but I don’t see the codeblock that contains the #product-kontakt-form that the button is calling, please advise.

    Hi,
    On that example page “http://test.picheronline.at/wp-admin/post.php?post=1831&action=edit” there is the button in the red box called “Jetzt anfragen” and if you click on it, the modal window will be open.
    In the enfold-child-theme sub directory there is the footer.php with that codeblock of the modal window.

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
