There is another problem that I’ve noticed with the Enfold theme and I am wondering if its a bug or if its unique to my install. I see this only in Safari. If you scroll to the bottom of the the home page (link below) you will see that the resolution the blog slider is not hi-res. And what I mean by this is if you look at the site on a retina display in Safari, half the page is crisped sharp and then the blog slider is not. Look at this link on a retina display and you will see what I mean. I am also attaching a screen shot as well incase you don’t have Safari. Does this make sense to you?

screen shot in Chrome (sharp) http://bpdev.co/blog1.pngDecember 14, 2017 at 2:21 pm #888884Hey Joealto,
The image itself is not sharp.

December 14, 2017 at 4:04 pm #888933I think I was not clear. I sent you a screen shot of the same page viewed in 2 different web browsers. In Chrome all looks well, but in Safari the test itself is not sharp. This is only noticeable on a retina display. There is something going on which is interfering with the way the text looks inside the blog slider. If you can look at the text in both images side by side you will see what I mean. If you have Safari you will notice it on the link to the site. Please let me know if I explained clearly.
Thanks
JoeDecember 14, 2017 at 6:24 pm #889023Hi Joe,
I am on a retina screen and I understood what you’re saying. And I am saying that image quality is not high enough for retina and that WordPress compresses images on upload unless you change the setting.

VictoriaDecember 14, 2017 at 6:44 pm #889029Hi Victoria, I know the images are not large enough, that is not the issue. I am not worried about the images being soft as that is an easy fix. If you look at the type itself, the 4 columns of type under the image are fuzzy when viewed on Safari, but not on any other browser. I am talking strictly about the text itself which is not image based but rather live web text. The text in the entire bottom half of the page is very fuzzy when viewed in Safari on a retina screen. It is fine in other browsers but not Safari so it must have something to do with how Safari is reading and handling that section. Does that make sense?
Thanks
JoeDecember 14, 2017 at 7:43 pm #889062Hi Joe,
Yes, it does :) It was not clear to me for some reason that you meant the text. I see that Safari is using the font you are trying to load. Chrome just uses Open Sans.

VictoriaDecember 14, 2017 at 7:55 pm #889071Can you tell me how to fix it so the font that is blurry/fuzzy looks like the rest of the fonts on the page? I was not trying to load anything other than the standard font that the rest of the site is using. How do I get that section to appear clear? And why is is just that section? If you look above at the rest of the page the fonts are rendering fine. they are very sharp and crisp. What is going wrong with that one section of the page that it is not rendering proper and how to fix?
Thanks

JoeDecember 18, 2017 at 5:06 pm #890076Hi Joe,
Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
#top .avia-content-slider { -webkit-perspective: none; }
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaDecember 18, 2017 at 6:04 pm #890142Hi Victoria, it worked like a charm! Thank you. Is this a bug with the Enfold styling and Safari or was it a one time thing? Like for the next site I do, should I use that again as well?
Thanks so much
JoeDecember 18, 2017 at 8:04 pm #890210Hi Joe,
