    Hello

    I just need some customer support and you have NO contact email on your website. To date your customer support has been a big fat ZERO.

    Please respond to this, as this is very annoying not to mention stressful as I cannot go to your Forum and ask for help. I love your Enfold product, just don’t love your lack of support.

    Below is a list of attempts at registering and contacting you guys.

    FIRST 50 ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT
    I just want someone to get back to me. Your registration system DOES NOT WORK. I inserted my customer code and it promised to send me an email. No email. So i tried ‘forgot my pw’ and it said it would send me a reset email. No email. So tried it again. No email. Tried it again, no email. Actually tried it about 50 times. No email.

    Then I tried to use the purchase code with another email and got this message; SORRY, BUT THAT ITEM PURCHASE CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT. PLEASE LOGIN TO THAT ACCOUNT TO CONTINUE, OR CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE CODE.

    Next I tried going to your ‘PRE SALE QUESTIONS’ and sent in part this request….

    SUBJECT; Really Really Frustrated – NEED HELP PLEASE
    Been trying to register on forum and used my purchase code which it accepted. Promised to send me an email. NO EMAIL. Tried the forgot my PW, and used my email and it promised to send me a link to get a new PW. NO EMAIL. PLEASE HELP, AS YOUR LATEST VERSION OF ENFOLD HAS SOME QUIRKY PROBLEMS AND I NEED HELP.

    NO ANSWER.
