I’ve been working all day on setting up seven sets of tabs for this questionniare page: http://citizenartist.vote/candidates-old/ (set to private), but I can’t create more than five tab sets before the page crashes. The tabs each feature a small picture plus 100-1000 words. I’ve been able to save up to five tab sets, but once I try and setup the 6th set and save the page, I get an error message: “Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again”. When I reload the site temporarily crashes my for about a minute. Once the site is back up, and I go back to edit the page, the content builder just hangs into an infinite loop. At that point when I refresh, the site has crashed again and the cycle repeats.
I read through a bunch of similar forums and have increased my wordpress memory limit as per these instructions, but this has not fixed the issue. I also tried turning off all my plugins, and that does not solve the problem. In addition, I’ve attempted to rebuild three separate pages, and each one also fails at a similar threshold – around the 6th tab set. I also ran into a similar issue trying to use accordion blocks. I made an admin login for you to check out the site. Any ideas? Thanks!
[update] I figured out another way of featuring the many answers using ajax preview portfolio grids on http://citizenartist.vote/candidates/. Creating all those posts was more work than the tabs would have been, but it looks and works great. Nevertheless, it excessive tabs = issues.

Please review the old link we added new tabs using the text tab. Access to the visual tab option get’s corrupt after adding a few tabs. It is possible that some core files of wordpress is altered by a 3d party plugin or is curropt. Please go to dashboard > updates and re-install wordpress and re-install the enfold theme via FTP http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
