Dear Kriesi Team,
I have been using the Endold theme in our association during several years. Now we are trying to update the theme, but the person who purchased the theme is not longer at our team and we have not access to the user and password used to purchase it. Is there a way to get a new one, or to update the theme in our situation?

We don’t have any purchase records we can check unfortunately. Maybe you could try reaching out to Themeforest for further help? You will likely need to present some proof of purchase. If you don’t have that, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license.

I asked the Envato team and they say the best thing to do is to purchase a new license, but we have a question before buying it again. Sice we already have our web built on the Endfold theme, is the configuration we already have going to be kept if we buy a new license? We are afraid it reset everything or that the web page breaks…

Your site should remain the same after you update with the new license, but please make sure to keep proper backups of your site before updating.
